I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, Specially Govind.. The rooms were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, from the Garden with breathtaking views. The dining options were exquisite, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfection, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Phoenix in Mussoorie, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the surrounding natural beauty of Mussoorie. I couldn't get enough of the scenic beauty from my room's balcony. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the in-room dining service provided delicious meals right to my doorstep. Great view and reasonable prices. Hot water was not available during the night and the sofa was a bit dirty otherwise everything else was fine

Food and service is good at this hotel otherwise it is not worth for the price. The bed sheets were very dirty but they replaced when complained. We paid 4500 per night for superior room and we’re not expecting such a bad experience. Whey customer has to complain about cleanliness then only you will take care. If you are charging such a heavy amount for a non star budget hotel, are you not suppose to ensure that you replace bed covers and bed sheets once the previous gusts have checked out

Everything at this hotel was amazing. The staff was very co-operative especially Mr. Govind, food was just too delicious and room service was very fast. The hotel was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay. Will stay again here when I visit again. My go to hotel from now on in Mussoorie.

Stayed there for 2 days during June-2023. Service was excellent and all staffs were very good natured and helpful. Room was spacious and view from balcony was amazing. Its around 150m from Mall road. You can't reach hotel entrance with car. Staffs came at Jhula Gate (Mall Road) to recieve our luggage and we walked around 150m to reach hotel. So rated 4 out 5 for location. All other things are 5 rated. Loved the stay there and especially the view from balcony and breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

I liked this hotel. The ambience, big room size with included free breakfast. This hotel has a separate Garden which is very beautiful and rare in Mussoorie. I paid 2500 for 1 day stay. Location is little away. It is near and down to Mall road ropeway. You have free car parking also available at this hotel. But car's are allowed to enter on mall road only after 10 PM to 4 PM.
